Pair of pedestals with onyx structure and brass ornaments, designed to match within a refined classicist style, with historicist overtones in the floral play of the column bases. The design is also characterized by the freedom typical of the nineteenth century context, both in the original and functional structure, adapted to a luxurious bourgeois domestic environment, and in the proportions of the columns and the set of interrupted shafts but framed by bases above and below , leaving the capitals, very large for the thickness of the shaft according to the classic canons, reserved for the upper register.
