Elliott Daingerfield was an American artist who lived and worked in North Carolina. He is considered one of the most prolific artists in North Carolina. Elliott, the son of a captain in the Confederate Army, was born in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia, and raised in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
